When ordering goods over this site you are entering into a legally binding contract. When you place an order with Puure Lingerie you are making an offer to purchase the items you have selected. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.
No contract will not commence between yourself and Puure Lingerie for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Puure Lingerie accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. For the aviodance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further and such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the Laws of England, and you and Puure Lingerie irrevocably agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Delivery times
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, this is subject to availablity of your chosen items. Some styles do have a delivery time of 28 days. If you would like to check how quickly we could despatch the items you ordered, please call our customer services on 0151 5264298.
All orders are despatched by Royal mail, 1st class or standard parcels depending on size of order. Deliveries are free any where in the U.K All deliveries to addresses outside of the United Kingdom will be charged by weight. This does not include the import duties and taxes that you might be liable to, for countries outside the United Kingdom. ALL PARCELS WILL ARRIVE IN PLAIN PACKAGING WITH NO REFERENCE TO PUURE LINGERIE FOR YOUR PRIVACY.
Additionally, if you at the time of placing your order request giftwrapping this can be arranged. Gift-wrapping services are provided at an additional cost of max £ 5.00 per order. All price tickets will be removed from items for your convience.
Returns, Refunds and Exchange
By placing an order with Puure lingerie you can be sure that you are getting quality products, but if you are not happy with your choosen items, we are happy to refund or exchange the goods for an alternative. DELIVERY IS FREE FOR THE UK, HOWEVER SHOULD YOU WISH TO RETURN THE GOODS A £5 POSTING AND HANDLING CHARGE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

Refund/exchange policy
- All items to be returned must be received by Puure Lingerie within a 14 day period of your order being despatched.
- The items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all the labels intact and if boxed in their orginal box.
- Puure Lingerie cannot for hygiene reasons accept returns/exchanges on any briefs, thongs, shorts and control underwear. Gift wrapping costs can also not be refunded
- All cost encurred from returning an item will be payable by customer unless a mistake has been made by Puure Lingerie in the original order.
- In any event always contact Puure Lingerie via e-mail or on the customer care line to receive authorisation for any returns/ exchanges.
- DELIVERY IS FREE FOR THE UK, HOWEVER SHOULD YOU WISH TO RETURN THE GOODS A £5 POSTING AND HANDLING CHARGE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Customer returns in the U.K
When returning the items within the UK please return them via Royal Mail. When you return goods we request that you obtain a free certificate of posting when sending the goods back in the event of the goods being lost in transist. Customer returns outside the U.K
If you live outside the UK, and need to return goods please mark the package “Returned Goods” this will avoid delays in Customs. Please keep all your shipping documents so that the package can be traced in case your package gets lost in transit. Puure Lingerie will process your refund/exchange as qucikly as possible. Refunds will be completed normally with 7 working days. Exchanges due to the stock levels of the particular items required may take up to 28 days.
If you want a refund, or want goods to be exchanged and your choosen item is less than the returned goods, the amount will be refunded back to the original card details used to purchase the order. Please advise us of any cards which may have expired at time of refund. Likewise if your exchange is for items which are more than the original order then your card will be charged the difference.
Return of Faulty Goods
If you recieve goods with which you are not happy, and you believe the goods to be faulty in any way please either e-mail or phone the customer care line. Please return the item as detailed above in the return/exchange policy. After receipt of the suspected faulty item, we will examine the fault and contact you where we will agree upon a resolution.
Incomplete Orders
We will dispatch your goods as soon as possible.If any part of your order is not in stock at the time of the order being placed, send the available items at once, unless they are part of a matching set. All outstanding items will then follow on in a seperate order as soon as they are back in stock. We will always e-mail you to advise you that we will need to split your order if this is the case and you have the choice if you want to wait for all the items to be available before dispatch.
If you have requested gift wrapping,all sets are wrapped individually. Threfore this will not be effected by a split order.
Credit Card Security
All credit/debit card transactions on our website are completely safe and secure. Please note the padlock which shows on your internet browser when you click to checkout, this means your in a safe/ secure area. We will not pass your personal details to any third party for any reason.
